Vendor booth rental valid for Fri-Sat-Sun (July 31-Aug 2 2026) at the Eatonville Arts & Music Festival. Venue provided tent is a covered structure provided by the Lions Club. While the spaces are separate between vendors, there are no walls provided (you are encouraged to set your space up however is best suited to your products). Setup for event takes place the day before (Thursday July 30) and the morning of the first day (Friday July 31). You will receive specific information related to setup closer to the date after you are confirmed.
The grounds are monitored after-hours by a security team.
There is no vendor specific parking and there is no camping allowed overnight. You are responsible for finding your own parking each day.
